PURPOSE:The titled composition having high flowability, good balance between rigidity and impact resistance and showing a high elongation at break correlated with impact resistance when formed into a molding, comprising a specified composition. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition having a melt flow index >=20, a ratio of weight-average MW (MW) to number-average MW (MN) as determined by gel permeation chromatography (GPC)>=5.5, a kerosene-soluble content of this portion of 20-70wt% and limiting viscosity number >=1.5, a kerosene-insoluble (30 deg.C) and boiling n-heptane-insoluble portion of 70wt%, and an MW/MN ratio of this portion as determined by GPC<=5.5. This resin composition is excellent in balance among properties, and is excellent especially as a resin for preparing thin-walled moldings.
