A system for managing driving of a commuter bus according to the present invention comprises: a position information reception unit which receives position information of a commuter bus from a GPS satellite; a storage unit which stores stop position information on a route of the commuter bus and a departure time and passenger information for each of the stop position information; a time calculation unit which calculates, when the position information coincides with any one of first stop position information of the stop position information and the current time is after a first departure time corresponding to the first stop position information, a delay time from the first departure time to the current time; a departure time readjustment unit which readjusts the departure time for the stop position information of the route after the first stop position information stored in the storage unit by using the delay time; and a communication unit which transmits the readjusted departure time to mobile terminal information included in passenger information corresponding to each of the stop position information of the route. According to the present invention, when driving of the commuter bus is delayed, a departure scheduled time according to the delay time at each stop position is readjusted, the readjusted time is reported to the passengers at the corresponding stop position, and thus an operator can stably drive the commuter bus. Even when the commuter bus does not arrive on the scheduled time, the passengers can composedly wait for the commuter bus in accordance with the readjusted time. |
