PURPOSE:To smoothly convey a semiconductor element by delivering and receiving by forcibly moving a semiconductor element in a horizontal attitude, thereby preventing a damage of the element and a crack from occurring. CONSTITUTION:An operation knob 12 is grasped to return an operation rod 8 to the right end of a base plate 2, a containing case 4 in which a semiconductor element 3 is charged is set to the right side of the plate 2, and the feeding pawl 10 of the rod 8 is contacted with the element 3 of the last row in the case 4. Then, the rod 8 is pushed along a guide rod 7 by an operation knob 12 to feed the element 3, thereby feeding the element in a row shape under a push plate 5. After the bent of the leads of the element 3 held by the plate 5 is inspected, a feeding pawl 11 mounted at the rear end of the rod 8 is contacted with the element 3 of the foremost row fed under the plate 5, and the rod 8 is then returned. Then, the element 3 is fed from under the plate 5 by the pawl 11, and again contained in the case 4. |
