PURPOSE:To simplify constitution and to realize high resolution and low power consumption by putting one crystal oscillator in flexural oscillation and torsional oscillation simultaneously, and calculating the ratio of two kinds of frequency signal. CONSTITUTION:The crystal oscillator 1 installed at a temperature measurement position is put in plexural oscillating operation by the 1st self-oscillation loop OSC1 and also put in torsional oscillating operation by the 2nd self-excited transmission loop OSC2 simultaneously. An arithmetic display circuit 5 which inputs resonance frequencies f1 and f2 from said self-oscillation loops OSC1 and OSC2 performs specific arithmetics including the calculation of the ratio of both frequency signals and outputs a measured temperature signal. |
