PURPOSE:To efficiently recover thermal energy and keep the wall of the pipe of a boiler over the acid dew point of SO3 portion by installing a preheater for heating the condensed water supplied from the heat utilizing equipment on the downstream side of a supercharger installed into an intake pipe and installing a bypass passage for the preheater. CONSTITUTION:A preheater 20 for the condensed-water returned from the heat utilizing equipment 12 and a fuel-oil storage tank 13 is installed onto the downstream side of a supercharger 4 installed into an intake pipe 2. A bypass passage 23 is branched midway in a circulation passage 21 on the upstream side of the preheater 20, and is connected to the inlet side of the high-temperature heating part 18 of a boiler. A cooling-water circulation passage 15 for a Diesel engine 1 is connected onto the upstream side from the branched part of the bypass passage 23, and the generated heat in the engine 1 is recovered by the condensed water returned. A portion of the amount of condensed-water supplied into the preheater 20 is adjusted through bypass, and the temperature of the wall of the heating pipe of the boiler is kept over the acid dew point of SO3. Therefore, the hot water obtained in the boiler 5 is converted to steam and hot water in a multistage flasher tank 24 and utilized. |
