PURPOSE:To carry out cooling process with high efficiency by once filling with refrigerant in liquid phase interior of a refrigerant circulatory system including a heater core and discharging the surplus refrigerant under this condition into a reservoir tank outside the system. CONSTITUTION:Judgment is made, by means of a temperature sensor 33 as to whether an engine is at starting process or not. If it is at starting process, the interior of a refrigerant circulatory system including a heater core is once filled with refrigerant in liquid phase. Subsequently, the surplus refrigerant is discharged into a reservoir tank 21 outside the system, and usual operation control is performed after completion of surplus refrigerant discharge control. This enables cooling process with high efficiency. |
