PURPOSE:To carry out a return rotation of a cylinder inner up to a lock position easily by one hand while securely preventing accidental locking by carrying out a pushing or drawing action at a return-rotation holding position midway in the returning rotation of said cylinder inner to said lock position. CONSTITUTION:A first projection part 20 is formed in a position, in which it raises one end part 17a of a stopper lever 17 to swing the stopper lever 17 counterclockwise, when a cylinder inner 5 is turned to a starter position. A second projection part 21 is provided on the outer periphery of the cylinder inner 5, correspondingly to the engaging projection 17c of the stopper lever 17. And, a slope 21a, which extends from the outer periphery of the cylinder inner 5 to the projection part 21, is formed on a cam 6 side, and the second projection part 21 makes the stopper lever 17 swing clockwise, in a return rotation holding position, which is provided in order to make the continuous rotation of the cylinder inner 5 in the direction of a lock position impossible and prevent accidental locking. |
