In normal terrain, this ring of fins is welded onto the tube. - Fitting of the tubes 4 into each other: only for great lengths. The stress F, may be divided into two forces: Rh oriented in the direction of the bracing wire 1, Rd tending to compress the stopping device. For a same stress F the forces Rh and Rd decrease when the point A moves away from B. If the device was to penetrate into the ground, it would bend and the wires would be misadjusted. <IMAGE>
