PURPOSE:To suppress the elution of a mother metal of a heat exchanger by connecting a victim anode of a metal having an ionization tendency which is larger than that of the mother metal in a freely attachable and detachable manner through a heat-resisting and corrosion-proof metal of an elastic structure, to the heat exchanger of the titled apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The victim anode 10 of the metal having an ionization tendency which is larger than that of the mother metal of a heat exchanger is connected to the heat exchanger 6' of a solar heat hot water apparatus in a freely attachable and detachable manner through the heat-resisting and corrosion-proof metal 11 of the elastic structure, and is also electrically connected thereto by use of a lead wire 12. The heat-resisting and corrosion-proof metal 11 of the elastic structure consists of plastic heat-resisting and corrosion-proof metals 11a and 11b and a spring-like metal body 13. As the victim anode 10, magnesium or a magnesium alloy is optimum for reasons that it is excellent in polarization and has a blue colorization effect for towel.
