摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the needs for a plurality of sensors on the inner surface side of a hot water storage tank and consequently prevent rusts from generating by performing necessary processings on the inner surface of the hot water storage tank by a method wherein a feed water temperature is calculated by use of the amount of hot water consumed, the energizing hour of a heat generating body and the heat quantity necessary for user and the required energizing hour is calculated by use of said feed water temperature and the amount of hot water consumed in order to control the heat generating body. CONSTITUTION:A block 13 memorizes the amount of feed water supplied on the previous day through a flow meter 11 into a hot water storage tank 1, the energizing hour of a heater 3 on the previous day and the heating-up temperature on the previous day. A block 14 calculates the feed water temperature from the data memorized in the block 13. A block 15 calculates the required energizing hour of the heater 3 for heating the amount of hot water to be consumed on the following day by employing the feed water temperature calculated by the block 14 as the feed water temperature on the day. However, said amount of hot water to be consumed employs the value of said flow meter 11 on the day. Thus, the energizing to a heat generating body (b) is controlled through a controlling means (e).</p>
