PURPOSE:To prevent resin from being warped on the contraction, by a method wherein resin is impregnated into a metal mold for molding in a state of supporting an armature coil with projections formed in the metal mold for molding and concave portions with an exposed surface of a single coil are formed on a rotor. CONSTITUTION:Projections 24 are formed at a portion corresponding to an armature coil on a bottom force 21 and top force 22 of a metal mold 20 for molding, and when an armature coil is provided in the metal mold 20 for molding, the armature coil put between the projections 24 is positioned on the center of the cavity 23 inside the metal mold 20 for molding. When resin is impregnated into the cavity 23 in this state, then concave portions 25 are formed on the both surfaces of the armature coil and a part of the armature coil is exposed on the bottom surface of each concave portion 25. |
