PURPOSE:To make it possible to do clinch work in any position or at any angle, by putting plural clinch units, which have clinch clicks of various shapes which are correspondent to the lead shapes of various electronic parts, on a rotary table or a X-Y table. CONSTITUTION:In a clinch device which is set in an electronic parts automatic inserter, four clinch units 28, which do the clinch work, are set on each of rotary tables 10, 10', respectively, so as to construct a lead wire clinching multi-head. The right units of the clinch device are used only for clinching, and the left units of the clinch device are used for cutting/clinching. Next, clinch clicks which are used only for clinching, are connected to a small piston by links, and this small piston is inserted in a big piston. Then, a X-Y table 29 which moves with the units 28 placed thereon, is set. In this way, it becomes possible to do the clinch work in any position or at any angle. |
