摘要 PURPOSE:To assure a high quality mirror surface in a composite electrolytic processing method with use of a processing fluid containing a surfactant and a trace electrolyte mixed in water by specifying a ratio of the product of the member of RPM and the diameter of a rotating disc electrode tool and a relative moving velocity between the rotating disc electrode tool and a workpiece to a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:A relationship between the product of the number of RPM N and the diameter of a rotating disc electrode tool 1, and a relative moving velocity Vmm./min between the rotating disc electrode tool 1 and a workpiece 9 is specified to V/D.N<0.005 by making use of a #500 to #800. Keeping the relationship described above, mirror surface processing is effected with use of a processing fluid 4 containing a surfactant and a trace electrolyte mixed in water and the rotating disc electrode tool 1. Hereby, a high quality mirror surface can be assured.
