PURPOSE:To reduce man-hour for work and improve productivity by forming the grooves of an impeller by molding and fixing different materials to a metal disk. CONSTITUTION:A fitting hole 2 for transporting the turning force of a rotary shaft is opened at the center of a metal disk 1. Impeller grooves 3 are formed on the whole circumference of the outer peripheral edge part of a metal disk 1, in the radial direction centering around the shaft center of the metal disk 1, and with their axial thickness thicker than the thickness of the metal disk 1, being made of a synthetic resin material through molding. Accordingly, warping of a plane part will not take place, while dimensions in the axial direction can have high accuracy, reducing man-hour for work and providing high productivity.
