A combined dental implantation element and tool for fixing permanent dental prostheses are disclosed. The dental implantation element 1 is at the same time its own cutting tool 1. It comprises a part 2, which acts as vertical cutter, and a second part 3, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, which acts as hole cutter 5. The part 2 at its base 4 has at least one toothed wheel 5 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and at its other end 7 a means of anchoring 6, which permits fixing of a threaded ring or screw, on which the dental prosthesis is fitted, and/or a smooth part, which acts as connecting tip 11. The spindle 10 is cut to length as required and has at least a retaining notched or threaded formation, which permits fixing of the screw or threaded ring on which the prosthesis is to be fitted. <IMAGE>
