PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant having a function that gradually releases strontium ion from an implant while controlling its concentration for a long period of time, high safety, and excellent biocompatibility and bone conduction; and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A layer is provided on an implant substrate which contains 10-65 mass% of strontium in a ratio to the total mass of all elements contained in apatite, and contains apatite microparticles with crystallinity and water dispersion type polyurethane emulsion in the range of 10:2-10:20 as the mass ratio of both components.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
