1. A tamper-proof hinge device, especially for the articulated fitting of a lid of a rolling container bin, comprising an axis stem (1) mounted on one of two end bearings (8), formed each in a flange (7a, 7b) rigidly connected to a rolling container lid, a socket (6) surrounding coaxially said stem and disposed between the two bearings, said stem including at least one resilient lug (4) adapted for moving away radially from the body of said stem, said socket including in its inner recess a zone (10, 14, 15, 18) the section of which allows the expansion of said lug or lugs, and an axial bearing surface (11, 16, 19) for the resilient lug or lugs in the expansion position of said zone of the socket recess, characterized by the fact that said axis stem (1) is mounted in the two end bearings (8), has a length superior to the distance between said bearings, the resilient lug or lugs (4) being provided in the vicinity of the central portion of the stem, and said axial bearing surface (11, 16, 19) being provided at a distance from the ends of the socket (6) in the vicinity of the central portion of the recess (10, 12, 13, 17) of said socket.
