<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a useless combustion and to enable a successive drying and baking of paint of belt-shaped painted matter by a method wherein a logical solvent vapor amount is calculated from painting conditions, an exhaust rate of an oven and baking conditions suitable for the exhaust rate are set, and requirements are retained quickly by a comparison of the calculation results with measured values. CONSTITUTION:The logical solvent vapor amount (a) obtained from an amount of paint by a coater 3 and a solvent containing ratio is inputted into a central processor 10, where it is compared to a preset value to solvent density (b). On the base of this comparison, the exhaust amount to an incinerator 4 is adjusted by an adjuster 11 by means of an adjustment valve 12. The central processor 10 provides signals to control an air flow rate control valve 15 and an auxiliary gas supply rate control valve 17 so as to supply to a burner 6 the combustion air (c) and auxiliary fuel (d) by an amount suitable for the abovementioned exhaust amount. By a comparison between detection values and preset values of a temperature sensor 18 and an oxygen sensor 19, the air flow rate control valve 15 and auxiliary fuel gas amount control valve 17 are finely adjusted.</p> |
