<p>PURPOSE:To enhance clearness of images, color forming property or the like, by a method wherein droplets of a recording liquid having a surface tension of 20- 60dyn/cm at 20 deg.C are adhered to a recording material comprising a filler and a fibrous material mixedly provided in a surface layer in the thickness direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:The recording material consists of a surface layer part 3, an intermediate layer part 2 and a lower layer part 1. The surface layer part 3 comprises, in mixture, filler particles 6 and a portion of fibers 5 of a base material 4 consisting mainly of a fibrous material, and functions mainly to receive an ink at the time of recording. The intermediate layer part 2 consists of the base material 4 devoid of the filler 6 and consisting mainly of the fibers 5, and hardly absorbs the ink. The lower layer part 1 disposed beneath the intermediate layer part 2 may be constituted of a single kind of base material 4 together with the part 2, or may be constituted of a base material different from the base material 4 or constituted of an appropriate support.</p> |
