<p>PURPOSE:To make position indexing for each sheet molding and its positive pincers setting performable as well as to improve operatability, by molding a projection strip in position along a sheet cutting projected line, and fitting a projection strip in a cavity of this projection strip in time of cutting, while applying a tension piece to a projecting part of the projection strip. CONSTITUTION:In case of moldings (c) of a resin sheet (a) made up of molding two parts I and II with a molding device, these moldings are situated outside of a crosswise cutting projected line around these parts I and II and lengthwise and breadthwise projection strips 94 and 95 are molded simultaneously in time of molding. And, a sheet cutter 31c is installed in a body support bar 39c of a cutter setting body to contiguously move to the cutting projected line side of one side surface of the sheet together with plural cutter setting bodies via a yoke 41c, while a positioning strip piece 42c to be fitted in a lower surface cavity of the projection strip 95 is attached. And, a tension piece 49c, which keeps the projection strip 95 in cooperation with this strip piece 42c and having an inversed U-shaped groove is installed free of lifting motion.</p> |
