Furthermore, as an ester, one kinds of methyl butyrte and butyl acetate or the mixture thereof is added at 0.5-10wt.%, and while lithium salt is added at 1-10wt.% in relation to the ester. Thereafter, it is coated on a copper foil as a collector, and dried so as to integrally form the negative electrode mix with the collector, and after rolling it at the predetermined pressure, it is cut at the predetermined dimension so as to form a sheet-like negative electrode 2. A part of the negative electrode mix is scraped so as to expose the collector, and a negative electrode lead terminal 11 is welded to the exposed part by spot-welding.
