<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a reloaded picture report of a high quality by transmitting at a transmitting side so that a basic picture element and an additional can be identified and at the receiving side, if a position information is not erroneous, using both the basic picture element and the additional element and reloading a picture from the basic picture element only if information is erroneous. CONSTITUTION:A picture element is separated to a basic picture element and a thinning picture element by a picture element separating circuit 17, and the former is outputted to a terminal 18 and the latter is outputted to a terminal 19 which are stipulated beforehand. The basic picture element and an additional picture element are respectively written to field memories 37 and 38 at the odd and even fields by a memory writing circuit 36. At the receiving part, an input signal is separated by a multiple separating circuit 42, and position information is outputted to a terminal 43, the additional picture element is outputted to a terminal 44 and the basic picture element is outputted to a terminal 45. At an error correcting and detecting circuit 63, an error of position information is corrected and detected. If position information is not erroneous, a reloaded picture signal is outputted to a terminal 65 and if information is erroneous, an interpolation value of the basic picture element and the thinning picture element is read and the picture signal is reloaded.</p> |
