CONSTITUTION:A fixed speed cruising equipment 105 to maintain automatically set car speed is provided for engine 2. The equipment 105 inputs car speed-e from speed sensor 106 and car speed signal f from car speed set switch 107 which operated by driver and output throttle control signal-g to actuator 108 of throttle valve 4 to dissolve the difference. And settingshiftdown circuit 109 which input sped lowering signal-n to control circuit of automatic speed change gear and speed change detecting circuit which compute fall-in proportion of car speed and circuit 109 output shiftdown signal-i fixing shift time-t receiving signal from circuit 110.
