REBOUND BUMPER

摘要

PURPOSE:To omit troublesome cementing operation with ripping off of die removing agent and simplify assembling operation of a rebound bumper by non-cement connecting a lower elastic body a low spring constant to a upper elastic body a high spring constant. CONSTITUTION:A rebound bumper 1A is so constituted that a lower elastic body 3A with a low spring constant formed of foaming rubber and positioned on a strut suspension 2 side and a upper elastic body 5A with a high spring constant formed of solid rubber or synthetic resin and positioned on a car body 4 side are connected to each other without cementing by insert foaming. Thereby the upper elastic body 5A which is previously formed before forming of the lower elastic body 3A is positioned in a forming die of the lower elastic body 3A as a insert member. Thereby both elastic bodies 3A, 5A are connected together without cementing simultaneously with forming of the lower elastic body 3A and productivity can be improved.
