PURPOSE:To perform stably the Uranami welding of the member to be welded by controlling the intensity of irradiating electron beam so as to make the intensity of the reflecting electron beam from the welding part in case of performing the welding without penetrating the electron beam. CONSTITUTION:The welding of the welding place 8a is performed by releasing a thermoelectron with heating a filament 2 at an electrode 1 inside a vacuum device 11, by accelerating with using an acceleration power source 5, by making into an electron beam 3 with focusing by a focusing coil 7 and by irradiating on the member 8 to be welded. In this case the reflection electron beam 10 at the welding part 8a is detected by a detector 12 via an electrode 9 and the set signal 15 transmitted from a setter 13 and the detecting signal 14 are compared by a comparator 16. The comparator 16 converts into an electric power the output signal corresponding to the difference thereof by amplifying with transmitting to an electric power transducer 17 and transmits to a bias power source 18. The bias power source 18 controls the voltage impressed on a cathode 4 by the output signal of the transducer 17 and controls the electron beam 3 to a proper intensity. |
