PURPOSE:To effectively reduce the resistance value of a heat generating resistor, by mounting a pulse generation circuit and a resistance meter and providing a calculation part which compares the measured value of the above mentioned resistance meter and an objective value and performs the indication for increasing the peak value of a voltage pulse when the measured value is equal to or more than an objective value. CONSTITUTION:The set signal of the peak value Vs of apply voltage or the number (n) of pulses is applied to a pulse generation circuit 19 from a calculation part 12. After the above mentioned set pulse was applied to a heat generating resistor, of which the resistance value is equal to or more than an objective value R0, from the above mentioned circuit, the resistance value of said resistor is measured by a resistance meter 11. Because the heat generation resistor is lowered in its resistance value when the peak value f a voltage pulse is low, the above mentioned measured value is sent to the calculation part 12 and compared with the preceding measured value by CPU14 and, when the lately measured resistance value is low and higher than the objective resistance value R0, it is automatically performed that the peak value Vs is set so as to be made high by DELTAV in order to further lower the resistance value. By setting the resistance value to 0.9-1.0 on the basis of the preceding one, the resistance value of the heat generating resistor is effectively reduced. |
