The invention relates to a hose consisting of rubber with thread-like reinforcing inserts which cross at various angles with respect to the longitudinal axis of the hose, consist of a plurality of layers and continue in the flange which is constructed integrally with the hose. The essential feature in the case of this hose is that the threads form groups in the flange, the groups run at angles of 20-70 DEG with respect to the radial direction, and the groups are arranged alternately on the outside and on the inside when they cross over other thread groups in the interior.
