PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller capable of controlling a high speed three-phase motor.SOLUTION: A motor controller 100 controls an inverter 104 to apply a voltage vector to a three-phase motor 102 so that an armature interlinkage magnetic flux and a motor torque of the three-phase motor 102 follow a target magnetic flux and a target torque respectively. The motor controller 100 includes a phase adjustment section 115 that adjusts i) the phase of an estimated armature interlinkage magnetic flux; ii) the phase of a shaft voltage; or iii) the phase of a shaft current so that an absolute value of the estimated armature interlinkage magnetic flux gets closer to the target magnetic flux. |
