Construction. Noise-reducing wall formed by a series of beams 1 with projections 3-4 intended to receive on their faces 7 plates 35 fixed by bolts 39 so as to form two panels and of blocks 15 intended to be stacked one above the other using the projections 3-4. The blocks 15 are, for each panel, connected by plates 35 fixed by bolts 39 and keyed together by rods 43 used to hold ties 40. Between the two panels, the wall is filled with earth and gives the external appearance of superimposed boxes which may contain plants. <IMAGE>
