<p>PURPOSE:To permit to finish the vicinity of welding part into rounded and puffy configuration by a method wherein the sheets are heated and pinched under pressure to weld them through fusion welding and, simultaneously, the sheet at the neighboring part of the pinched part is pushed by a pushing member having the pushing surface of desired configuration. CONSTITUTION:The jointing part of the sheet materials 1, 2 are pinched by a high-frequency electrode 4 and an earth electrode 5, high-frequency voltage is impressed on the high-frequency electrode 4 and the pinched part is heated under pressure. The pushing member 6, arranged so as to be neighbored to the earth electrode 5, pushes up the vicinity of welding part simultaneously or few later of the impression of the high-frequency voltage whereby the vicinity of pinching section of the sheet materials 1, 2 is pushed up by the pushing member 6 and the high-frequency electrode 4. The vicinity of pinching section of the sheet materials 1, 2 is heated by heat generated by the impression of the high-frequency voltage and, further, is pushed up by the high-frequency electrode 4, having rounded pushing surface, and the pushing member 6, whereby the rounded and puffy configuration may be shaped.</p> |
