PURPOSE:A composition having good balance of heat resistance, impact resistance and molding properties, and improved weld strength, obtained by blending a thermoplastic polycarbonate with a graft copolymer containing specific two rubber-like polymers. CONSTITUTION:(A) 10-70pts.wt. graft copolymer comprising 10-50wt% rubber- like polymer, 30-77wt% aromatic vinyl monomer, and 7-36wt% vinyl cyanide monomer (100wt% total amount), having 10-60% graft effect and 0.4-0.8 reduced viscosity is blended with (B) 10-50pts.wt. graft copolymer comprising 50-70wt% rubber-like polymer, 18-43wt% aromatic vinyl monomer, and 4-20wt% vinyl cyanide monomer (100wt% total amount), having 10-60% graft effect and 0.3-0.6 reduced viscosity of resin component, and (C) 20-80pts. wt. thermoplastic polycarbonate.
