Rotation of wheels move the wheel shaft(2) and this rotates a sub- shaft(3) and a shaft assembly(5). A rotating plate(6) is attached to the shaft assembly. A rod(8) which is attached to the plate(6) rotates by this plate and acts as the cutter(7). Connecting rod(13) under the rotating bar(9), which is attached to the cutter rotates oneside by a clutch bearing(14) and moves the feed belt at a constant distance. Extruding pieces (11)(11') of the feed belt draw the grain to a storage basket(16). A handle (30) ensures that the wheels rotate when this harvester moves without working.
