PURPOSE:To make it possible to sharply look a picture pattern surface by negating the reflection of light from the outside of the picture pattern surface, by adding a polyethylene or polypropylene fine powder or a gel thereof to an ink for cover coating. CONSTITUTION:In a process wherein the printing of picture pattern is applied to slide transfer paper and an ultraviolet curable cover coat or solvent type resin solution is applied to the printed picture pattern, a minute amount of a polyethylene or polypropylene fine powder or a gel thereof is added to the aforementioned over coat solution. By this method, the cutting of the cover coat ink is improved and printing adaptability is obtained. The picture pattern printing of the printed matter of the slide transfer paper receives matte-finishing and this matte cover coat itself is not lowered in transparency and a picture pattern surface can be clearly observed. |
