The invention relates to an extensible modular product, the one-piece frame of which comprises, at the top, two identical blocks pierced with an orifice in order to receive a fixing pin. The inside is insulated and has a transverse reinforcement piece having an orifice at its base. Four lateral faces are provided with grooves two of which receive a fixing pin, having two removal channels. The main lateral faces have two complementary half-hinges as well as an orifice at their base enabling a pin to be inserted. The block is equipped on two sides by two bands which may be fitted into each other. The tabs of these bands are equipped with a treated joint element providing waterproofing. The peripheral base of the complete frame is protected with a waterproof product. The module receives the next module on the top and the complete blocking is carried out with two pins and hinges. The product allows the creation of derivatives for the construction of residential, industrial and agricultural buildings. <IMAGE>
