PURPOSE:To make the flow rate distribution uniform with a simple and inexpensive modification at the leading end of the nozzle main body by decreasing gradually the diameter of the bent peripheral surface at the inner bottom part toward the downstream side in the atomization direction of a gas and liq. mixture. CONSTITUTION:A convergent bent inner peripheral surface 2 at the inner bottom part of a nozzle main body 1 is formed with plural stages of bent inner peripheral surface parts 2a and 2b so that the diameter may be gradually decreased toward the downstream side in the atomization direction of a gas and liq. mixture. Consequently, the gas and liq. mixture flowing and guided along the bent inner peripheral surface part 2a on the outermost side collides with the gas and liq. mixture flowing toward the bent inner peripheral surface 2b on the one-stage inner side, and receives the outward component force in the radial direction with respect to the axis P of the nozzle. The curvature of the inner peripheral surface parts 2a and 2b is freely set. Accordingly, the density of the gas and liq. mixture in the lengthwise direction of the orifice 3 is freely controlled, and the flow rate distribution is made uniform. |
