PURPOSE:To reduce the transmission or the like of light due to an electrode pattern and the positional deviation of interception of light due to an insulating light intercepting layer by forming the insulating light intercepting layer on the surface of an electrode substrate. CONSTITUTION:A scanning signal is inputted to one transparent electrode CC-2, and a selecting signal is inputted to the other transparent electrode CC-1. The insulating light intercepting layer is formed in about 1mum thickness in parts, where the transmission of light is not required independently of the input of electric signals or the like, on one electrode substrate P1. Materials where about 10wt% bichromated ammonium is added as a photosensitive material to a gelatin are used materials of this insulating light intercepting layer LI. |
