PURPOSE:To make it possible to complete a power plant by a simple and short- time field construction work, by utilizing a condenser secured to a base, as a support bed, and by laying a turbine generator on the top of the condenser. CONSTITUTION:A turbine 1, a generator 2 and an exciter 3 are laid on a common bed plate 4 which is set on and secured with bolts or by welding to a condenser 5 that is secured to a base 7 by fastening bolts. The order of process steps at a job site, is such that after completion of building of a concrete base 7 in which a heat pipe 6 is embedded, and condensers 5 which have been fabricated as single units at a factory, are laid and secured to the base 7. Then the common bed plate 4 onto which the turbine 1, the generator 2 and the exciter 3 are previously mounted integrally thereto at a factory, are set on and secured to the base 7. Thus, the installation of the condensing type turbine generator is completed. |
