摘要 PURPOSE:To secure almost equal guide clearances between a ball guide part and a ball and thereby restrain the occurrence of self-excited vibrations in a ball cage, by installing a tapered reduced diametal part in an end part at the inner diameter side of the cage of a cylindrical pocket, while guiding the ball with the reduced diametral part. CONSTITUTION:In a cage 20, plural cylindrical pockets 21 are formed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the cage 20, and clearance C is installed between an inner circumferential surface of the pocket 21 and an outer circumferential surface of a ball 30. And, at an end part of the pocket 21, there is provided with a tapered reduce diametral part 22. This reduced diametral part 22 is situated in the more inner part than a pitch circle diameter of an angular contact ball bearing, while the ball 30 assembled inside the pocket 21 is guided at the reduced diametral part 22, and under the state, a very small guide clearance 23 is formed between the outer circumferential surface of the ball 30 and the inner circumferential surface of the reduced diametral part 22 in circumferential, axial and radial directions.
