<p>The seat of the seating device is hinged to its support arm (14) by means of a horizontal shaft (22) arranged at its front edge. The support arm (14) bears at different heights to a column (12) situated behind the seat (27). The energy accumulator of a spring device (F) is comprised of a coil spring of which the tension is adjustable as a function of the body weight so as to maintain the seat (27) in a medial area of the swivelling angle of the spring device (F). Thereby, the user of the device may cause a proportionally important oscillation of the seat (27) by a relatively small displacement of the gravity centre and avoid undesired tilting motions.</p> |
