PURPOSE:To prevent the injection of ink from a non-heating part and to provide a structure having no problem from the aspect of strength, by applying an insulating layer to one surface side of a metal film base material heated through the contact with a recording head. CONSTITUTION:An ink sheet 1 is constituted by using a metal film 2 comprising aluminum as a base material and an insulating layer 3 is applied to one surface side of the film base material heated through the contact with a recording head. By this constitution, when ink is injected by the heat generated from the recording head, it can be prevented that heat diffusion is generated so as to reach a heating unnecessary sheet part. In addition, the heat generating part of the recording head is contacted with the surface of the insulating layer but not with the surface of the metal film and the abrasion of the heat generating part of the recording head is reduced and the ink sheet also advantageous from the aspect of strength can be constituted. |
