PURPOSE:To increase pressure contacting force while reduce slippage and increase the efficiency of torque transmission by forming a planetary roller with a material having greater linear expansion coefficient than that of an output ring. CONSTITUTION:A planetary roller 3 in which large diameter part and a small diameter part are provided, is formed by a material having a greater linear expansion coefficient than that of a first output ring 4 and a second output ring 5. Due to this construction, when high load is applied to the output rings 4, 5, slippage occurs between the planetary roller 3 and an input shaft 1 or the output rings 4, 5, causing the planetary roller to expand due to the resultant heat generation. Thereupon, the pressure contacting force between the planetary roller 3 and the input shaft 1 and output rollers 4, 5 is increased, increasing the efficiency of torque transmission. |
