<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the base of a sealing member from encroaching as well as to aim at improvements in durability, by setting up a thinned, annular deforming member displaying circumferential waviness in space between the void formed on the circumference of a plunger and the sealing member. CONSTITUTION:A sealing member 6 is set up in a groove 34 so as to hold a tip part of a flanged ring 7 in between its lip parts 61a and 61b. And, a ring member 8 is set up in a first passage A formed in a gap between a thin wall of a large inside diameter part 35 of a sealed backup member 32 and the circumference of a plunger 5. A clearance 36 is formed between an end face of a base part 62 of the sealing member 6 and the sealed backup member 32, and a thinned, annular deforming member 9 displaying circumferential waviness is set up in this clearance.</p> |
