CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber 14 to be used as a light source device is coupled with one end part of an optical waveguide 12 and the light converging part 16 is increased in refractive index in accordance with approach to the optical axis L0 in the optical waveguide 12 and provided with a convex lens function. The polarizing part 18 is constituted of a single polarizer and periodical refractive index change is formed in the crossing direction with the optical axis L0 of the laser beam in the optical waveguide 12 so that the laser beam is diffracted by Black diffraction. The polarizing angle amplifying part 20 is increased in refractive index in accordance with separation from the optical axis L1 in the optical waveguide 12 and provided with a concave lens function. The light flux compensating part 22 is constituted of many electrodes 32 arranged on the optical waveguide 12 through an interface layer 30 so as to functioned as a convex lens.
