PURPOSE:To prevent the creeping of current on the heating resistors of each dot by using a simple structure in which banded continuous heating resistors are formed in a matrixed state with interposition of insulator layers. CONSTITUTION:Plural X- and Y-axis-directed heating resistors 11 and 13 having a band-formed continuous Ni thin film pattern for examle, are arranged with a spacing in parallel on one side of a base plate 10 of glass, etc., in a continuous matrixed state with interposition of an insulator layer 12. Each supporting point through the insulator layer 12 of the resistors 11 and 13 acts as a heating point. When voltage is applied to two heating resistors forming the crossing point, a resultant heat quantity is obtained, and printing and displaying are made possible. |
