PURPOSE:To execute the regulation control suitably in correspondence to the change of the type of the call and the overloading condition at respective time points by updating the number of the allowable reception calls at the suitable interval. CONSTITUTION:A central processing unit CC overloading supervising processing part 101, at a constant cycle, supervises a CC overloading displaying memory A, an average CC using ratio displaying memory B, an overloading generating value memory C, and a CC overloading releasing value memory D, and supervises and processes whether or not the overloading generation is necessary and in case of overloading, the releasing of the generation is necessary. At a reception allowable call number determining processing part 102, at the shorter time when the regulation can follow to a call change, the number of next cycle reception allowable calls is set from the contents of the memory B and the contents of the previous cycle reception call number accumulating memory E, and written in a memory F. A transmitting call processing part 103 and an receiving call processing part 104 execute the call processing based upon the contents of the memory F set to the base. |
