The invention relates to a device making it possible to clean the windscreen of a vehicle by means of hot water supplied by thermal exchange, and beyond this, to defrost, possibly, the windscreen washer liquid. It consists of a tube 1, placed in series on the heating circuit, receiving two connections 4 and 6 which constitute the outlet and inlet of the heating circuit. An exchanger 8, in which the windscreen washer circuit penetrates at 9, and is evacuated at 10, makes it possible to raise the temperature of the cleaning liquid. At user level, once the device is installed, nothing stops it from operating as usual. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to heat the windscreen wiper liquid circuit of vehicles equipped with a liquid cooling system. <IMAGE>
