<p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive property of microbes having weak adhesive activity by coating mixed paste of vinyl chloride resin powder and a plasticizer added with a compounding agent such as a nutrient on the surface of a substrate made of hard vinyl chloride resin and heating the coat to form a film. CONSTITUTION:The mixed paste of vinyl chloride resin powder and a plasticizer added with a compounding agent consisting of a combination of one or >=2 kinds among a nutrient, microbes, enzyme, coenzyme, a foaming agent and a surfactant is coated on the surface of a substrate consisting of hard vinyl chloride resin and heated to form a film. The adhesive property of microbes having weak adhesive activity can be improved in the microbe carrier thus obtained and waste water can be efficiently and stably treated by the microbes.</p> |
