PURPOSE:To prevent walls and the like from being stained by stopping the operation of a compressor when the temperature of drain water sprayed over a condenser becomes lower than the temperature of air. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disc 5 rotates to spray condensed water of a dew receiver 3 over a condenser 6, and its drain returns again to the interior of the dew receiver 3. An ambient temperature Ta detected by water temperature detecting means 9 and ambient temperature detecting means 10 and a drain temperature Td are input in a comparator 12 as a divided voltage of a temperature sensitive resistance element, and a voltage of 1/2VDD is input to a reference input terminal of the comparator 12. When a failure occurs in the device the resistance value of a temperature sensitive resistance element 9 is large (temperature Td<Ta) and the output of the comparator 12 assumes a high level and a compressor control relay 14 is stopped. At the normal time, when Td>=Ta, the output of the comparator 12 assumes a low level, and the stop control is not applied to the compressor 15. |
