PURPOSE:To enable to output a read input signal as it is by interposing a hydro genated amorphous Si photoconductive film having the prescribed value of an optical band gap between a plurality of the opposed first and second individ ual electrodes on an insulating substrate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of the first individual electrodes 14 and a plurality of the second individual electrodes 15 opposed at 1:1 at the prescribed interval d3 to the electrodes 14 are provided on an insulating substrate 11. The electrodes 15 are further opposed at 1:1 to the third individual electrodes connected with the second common electrodes. A hydrogenated amorphous silicon photoconductive film 19 having 1.44eV or higher and 1.67eV or lower of an optical band gap is coated between the electrodes 14 and 15 to accelerate a frequency response. |
