PURPOSE:To heat rooms under preventing the harm of humidity in winter and cool the rooms in summer by a method wherein the air in an underfloor space is interchanged with the air in roofing space to eliminate cool air under a floor while wet and warm air in the roofing space is discharged after effecting heat exchange with the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:A ventilating fan 1 is arranged in the roofing space 14 to induce the air in the underfloor space 15 through a duct 5 and discharge it into the roofing space 14 through the duct 4. A part of the discharged air is sent into a heat exchanging duct 6 and is discharged to the outside of the room from the duct 9 through an air permeating layer 10. Upon passing through the air permeating layer 10, air in the air permeating layer 11, which contacts with the air permeating layer 10, is heated and is mixed with the cool air in the underfloor space 15 through the ventilating fan 1, thereafter, is discharged into the roofing space 14. According to this method, the cool air in the underfloor space 15 is eliminated and, at the same time, the cold atmosphere is heated by the heat exchanging duct 6 while wet and high-temperature air is discharged, therefore, the harm of humidity may be prevented in winter and the room may be cooled in summer.
